Tender description

Covid-19 (Coronavirus) has imposed restrictions on travel both globally and at a local level. The lockdowns have reduced the ability of DFA Missions Abroad to deliver core services to the public due to the dependence of local staff on having access to the desktop PCs in their offices. Most of the current systems have reached end-of-life and are due for replacement so to ensure that the mission network can meet the high demand for essential services the Department will now replace current desktops with basic laptops that will provide the necessary remote access and communication capability.
