Multi Party Framework for Small Civil Works, less than €10K for National University of Ireland, Galway. Two Lots

Tender description

This tender relates to various small civil works projects throughout NUIG campuses. There are two Lots: Lot 1: Galway Region Lot 2: Clare Region The works consists of a variety of works, including, but not limited to the following: Emergency/rapid response repairs to water leaks. Emergence/rapid response repairs to storm/foul drain blockages. Repairs to existing roads and paths. Repairs to existing foul and storm drains. Repairs to existing underground service ducts containing LV, fibre, copper etc. Small Works to existing canals/waterways including removal of discarded items. Small Works or repairs to boundary walls/fencing. Supply and erect bollards, railings/barriers. Small landscaping works. Supply and fitting of street furniture. Supply and fitting of external signage. Typically, the value of each Works Contract would range from €1,500 to approximately €8,000.
