Tender description

The John Mallard Scottish (JMS) PET (Positron Emission Tomography) Centre, located at the East Entrance (Orange Zone) to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary (see location diagrams), is planning to equip the existing GMP Production Room with new hot cells. The hot cells will have to be capable of accommodating three commercially available PET tracer synthesis modules and will be installed within an existing EC GMP Grade B cleanroom environment that forms part of an aseptic suite of clean rooms. The synthesis modules will be used to produce either F-18, Ga-68, C-11, N-13 or O-15 PET tracers for injection into humans.
