Tender description

This PIN is proposing that a funded body of work is procured to support development of a proposed management plan for Palinurus elephas, otherwise known as crayfish, inside 12 nm between Mizen Head and Loop Head off the south west coast of Ireland (the ‘Project Area’). Following consultation on this PIN, the Marine Institute intends to publish a request for tenders to establish a framework agreement (the ‘Framework Agreement’) to support development of the plan. The framework agreement will establish a panel of suppliers, from which the Marine Institute will draw, to undertake funded work relevant to the proposed management plan.
