Louth County Council - Purchase of Salt/brine Spreader

Tender description

This tender is for the provision of a 6 cubic metre capacity salt spreader with capacity to operate as a salt only gritter, or as a pre-wet gritter and to have the capacity to operate as a full wet spreader with the installation of a bag. All elements of the spreader, including bolts, connections etc. are to be of either stainless steel or of mild steel with a coating giving a 10 year corrosion warranty. All references to steel in this document can be either stainless steel or mild steel with a costing giving a ten year warranty. One day training on use to be provided upon delivery.
