Leisure Management - Expressions of Interest

Kettering Borough Council is seeking Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified and experienced leisure management operators who can provide a leisure management service on behalf of the Council at the facilities identified below. As a part of this service, there is an ongoing requirement to improve leisure services and secure investment in existing facilities throughout the term. The Council has funded an extensive programme of refurbishment of the swimming pool in recent months. The facilities included in the arrangement are: • Kettering Swimming Pool including a gym facility • The Corn Market Hall • Kettering Athletics Track and Synthetic Pitch • Desborough Leisure Centre (gym facility and sports hall - four badminton courts) If you are interested in this opportunity, please send details to webprocurement@kettering.gov.uk by the notice closing date, including: • contact name • company name • contact e-mail/phone number • supporting evidence detailing leisure management experience, including facilities managed and location It should be noted that this is a notice to enable Kettering Borough Council to determine whether any appropriate options exist in the marketplace.
