Legal Case Management System Request for Information

<p>This document is a request for information to assist North Yorkshire County Council (NYCC) develop its understanding and requirements for solutions to support the Council&rsquo;s internal legal department in providing a broad range of legal services. NYCC is therefore considering its need for a technical solution delivering functionality in the area of legal case management, which meet key functional requirements whilst also facilitating efficient, effective and innovative ways of working. NYCC is aware that there are a range of solutions available on the market with varying processes and functionalities therefore we are looking for suppliers to advise as to best industry practice in this regard. NYCC plans to engage with an initial group of suppliers who are willing to offer information, advice and guidance as to the various solution options available through written submissions and possibly also a Discovery Day process. This document summarises North Yorkshire County Council&rsquo;s current thinking and points to areas in which input from the system provider community would be useful.</p> Keywords: management, system, case, legal
