Tender description
TNI requires the services of a planning consultant. The tasks anticipated to provide the outcomes include detailed examination of planning applications, site visits where appropriate, liaison and seeking information and clarification with and from planning officials in local Councils, providing specialist advice to TNI on said major planning applications and drafting a report/planning advice note on findings with recommendations on how Tourism NI should respond.
