The Legal Aid Agency (“LAA”) is inviting Applicants who hold an existing Housing and Debt Legal Aid Contract to respond to this Invitation To Tender (“ITT”) for the opportunity to deliver publicly funded Housing Possession Court Duty Scheme (HPCDS) services in the Leeds Scheme from 1 March 2021 The LAA is offering one contract in this Scheme. This procurement process will procure the 2013 Standard Civil Contract (as amended) (“HPCDS Contract or Contract”). This opportunity opens on 16 December 2021. The deadline for submitting Tenders is 5pm on 19 January 2021. You must read the Information For Applicants (“IFA”) for this procurement process before submitting your Tender.` The IFA can be found in the ‘Attachments’ section of 'itt_681 - HPCDS ITT for Leeds Scheme'. We will accept questions about this IFA up until 23:59 on 6 January 2021 (referred to below as 'End date for supplier clarification messages').
