Tender description

The provision of professional services of a project coordinator and a project geologist for CHERISH Project of the Geological Survey (GS), Ireland. GS is a Line Division of the Department of Communications, Climate Action and Environment. In two lots: Lot 1: A Project Coordinator to joint manage the CHERISH Project of the Geological Survey (GS), Ireland. GS is a Line Division of the Department of Communications, Climate Action and Environment; and Lot 2: A Project Geologist to joint manage the CHERISH Project of the Geological Survey (GS), Ireland. Lot 1: Project Coordinator Services: A role that the project coordinator will undertake is to undertake manage and manage outreach for the project. It is envisaged that significant interaction with stakeholders will be required, especially in the run up to hydrographic survey phases; to ensure that affected marine custodians are notified and assured of the survey and its benefits. Outreach at national and international level will also be required including radio, TV and print media. Lot 2: Project Geologist Services: A role that the project geologist will undertake is to co-manage and carry out field implementation and undertake outreach for the project. It is envisaged that significant interaction with stakeholders will be required, especially in the run up to hydrographic survey phases; to ensure that affected marine custodians are notified and assured of the survey and its benefits. Outreach at national and international level will also be required including radio, TV and print media.
