Fire, Access, Security — Inspection, Servicing and Repair The fully comprehensive Contract will include the following: — a number of visits to provide preventative maintenance services; inspection and certification services and any other services set out in the specification details for the various alarm, security, lighting and other related systems, — the provision of a 24-hour, 7 day week, 365/6 days a year emergency repair service for the systems as set out in the Specification. Lot 1 will cover Fire Alarm Maintenance and Reactive Works for all fire alarm equipment and Related Equipment which will include Fire Alarm, Emergency Voice, W/C Alarms, Smoke Ventilation, Smoke/Fire Curtains, Dorgard, Door Watch, Gas Suppression, Hearing Impaired Systems, PAVA, and other related equipment.
