Description The Money Advice Service (MAS) is seeking to set up a framework agreement for Design and Artwork Services for a two year with a possible one year extension. MAS's brand is critical to being clear to our audiences about who we are and what we offer. Our brand, and how we express ourselves, is therefore, vital to our reputation and impact. We need to create more engaging communications through better creative thinking and improved execution along with streamlined processes and appropriate resources that help us deliver in an efficient, effective and timely manner. We need to therefore create a Design and Artwork Agency Framework to: - Complement our in-house design capability - Provide specialist expertise as and when required - Support in delivering the volume of anticipated up and coming workload
