Health Education England (HEE - the Authority) are commencing a tender for the provision Cadaveric Simulation Training in the East of England. Health Education England, East of England (HEE EoE) is seeking to engage providers in the delivery of cadaveric simulation training, to enhance our educational offer to trainees within the region. This type of training allows trainees to learn complex surgical procedures in a psychologically safe learning space, away from clinical pressures. In addition, new procedures can be taught and rarely encountered emergency procedures practiced. There are 8 lots included within this procurement exercise, bidders may apply for one, some or all lots. Lot 1: Budget GBP 51 500, Lot 2: Budget GBP 48 500, Lot 3: Budget GBP 85 500, Lot 4: Budget GBP 10 500, Lot 5: Budget GBP 12 000, Lot 6: Budget GBP 72 000, Lot 7:Budget GBP 10 000, Lot 8: Budget GBP 10 000. All figures are per year exclusive of VAT. The initial contract period will be for 3 years, the Authority retains the option to extend the contract by up to a further 2-year period. The deadline for submission of completed ITT submissions is Monday 25 January 2021 at 12 p.m. (midday). Late submissions will not be accepted. The e-portal system will shutdown at 12 p.m. and any un-submitted bids not registered to the system at this time will not be accepted.
