Tender description

There are two next phases of this work which is to progress the development and delivery around the Community Solutions model. This work will procure a system for management of the service. To provide (design, develop, configure and install) the basic technology framework which the council is calling Hounslow.Connect which is the Information, Advice and Guidance hub for Community Solutions with a very basic referral form and case management capability. The second element will be to install the referral process for residents, community and voluntary partners and partners to both refer into the Community Solutions service and refer out. This work will now include the addition of HIPS processes and services as part of the #1Hounslow approach.
