Tender description
A partnership led by NHS Kent and Medway Clinical Commissioning Group is seeking a contractor to provide the finance package and build a pre-designed integrated health centre at Edenbridge in Kent. The building, once complete, will be leased to members of the partnership for a period of 20-25 years. It is anticipated that the successful contractor will have experience of funding and completing the build of such properties. The partners are seeking a developer to deliver the finance package and build project for a pre-designed integrated medical centre within a set time frame.
