Tender description

This ITT has been issued for the purposes of obtaining proposals from suppliers for the procurement of IT End User Devices. This ITT will result in the setting up of a framework contract with up to four suppliers under each lot, which will be invited to compete for future purchases of similar types of equipment to those specified in Annex 1 of the ITT document. The initial framework will be for 3 years with the possibility of extension for a further 2 years. ECMWF may reopen the competition at a later date to add additional suppliers to the framework on the same conditions. Tenderers may elect to tender for Lot 1, Lot 2 or for both lots. For the avoidance of doubt, ECMWF shall be permitted to award a contract for one or for both lots on the basis of the tenders submitted. See ITT document. See ITT document.
