Tender description

The University has a portfolio of buildings in central Manchester with two main areas providing halls of residence: • All Saints • Birley. As part of the ongoing commercial activities, the University wishes to appoint a provider for cleaning services to the Halls of Residence for study bedrooms, kitchens/lounges, shared shower and toilet facilities plus en-suite bathrooms and corridors. The successful provider is required to clean the buildings, following the agreed work schedule. Students vacate the Halls of Residence from the beginning of July and return mid-September (exact dates will be confirmed before the start of each academic year). The contract will be let for an initial period of 3 years, with the option for the University to extend, at their discretion, for a further two, one-year periods.
