Tender description

Southampton City Council ("the Council") invites applications from suitably experienced service providers who wish to tender for the above contract. The contract is for the supply, installation, marketing, operation, maintenance and subsequent removal of a high quality temporary ice rink on the Civic Centre Car Park and forecourt (or other location as mutually agreed) for the Christmas periods between 2009 and 2012, at no financial cost or risk to the Council. It is anticipated that the licence period will commence in mid November to mid January of each year and will allow for up to 8 weeks trading
