Catering services

Tender description

The current catering services are being provided by Sodexo via the Exeter Schools PFI (Private Finance Initiative Contract) contract, whereby Soft and Hard FM services are provided as part of this contract. From 1 September 2020, the Soft FM Services will be de-scoped from the Exeter Schools PFI Contract, enabling the schools to procure and manage the services directly with a separate provider. The Ted Wragg Multi Academy Trust are the lead client for the procurement of this service as they have 4 of the 6 schools within their Trust. The Trust will also manage the catering contract on behalf of all the schools. The following schools are part of the Exeter PFI Contract: • St Peters Church of England Aided School, • Exeter Wynstream Primary School, • Exeter Isca Academy, Exeter St James School, • Exeter St Lukes, • Church of England School, • Exeter West Exe School, • Exeter Schools not in PFI contract but to be included in tender: Montgomery Primary school Chestnut Nursery Whipton Primary school.
