Tender description

Abbeygate Sixth Form college is a new GBP 32 million purpose build college in Bury St Edmunds opening in September 2020.. A caterer is required to operate the main dining facility, a grab and go outlet and provide vending and hospitality services. Abbeygate Sixth Form College opened in September 2019 and is based temporally within West Suffolk College. The Sixth form College will be moving to a new purpose build GBP 32 million campus in September 2020. This tender process is to identify a caterer to operate the new facilities within the College to deliver a modern, value for money, healthy and attractive catering service to students and staff. Due to the current Coronavirus (Covid-19) situation there will not be an opportunity to visit site and a view will be taken later on in the process regarding interviews/presentations. This is a new build College (with the building not completed yet) and there is no existing caterer, thus this document together with the opportunity to ask any questions, provides the information necessary to submit a competitive tender.
