Tender description

Open competition for the establishment of a multi-party framework agreement for the provision of audio-visual equipment and services in three lots: 1) Supply and Installation; 2) On-Site Service and Support; 3) Event Support. The design, supply and installation of audio-visual equipment at Maynooth University. See RFT for full specification. The provision of on-site support for audio visual equipment. On-site dedicated support personnel will be required as specified during the two academic semesters. The service will cover all shared teaching rooms spread across the University campus. The specialist role will require knowledge and experience of the audio-visual components of live events, including the planning, management, live streaming and hosting of event content, set-up of event, including live sound, and liaison with end users across the University.
