Construction of Arklow Parade Ground Public Realm Project - Phase 1 comprising: Site clearance within proposed works area; The construction of new drainage elements to connect to the existing network; Full reconstruction of the existing road pavement; New kerb and footway construction; The construction of new raised pedestrian crossing points; Installation of new uncovered bike racks; The installation of a new interactive Tourism Kiosk; The installation of new street furniture including bollards, planters and benches; The reinstatement of existing signage, and the provision of new signage and road markings; The relocation of an existing bus stop, including enabling works for the installation of a new bus shelter (to be installed by others); The provision of new ducts within the footpath; The provision of new sections of watermain, to Irish Water standards; The relocation of existing lighting poles in the footpath and the provision of new poles and luminaries; and The diversion/protection of existing utilities
