Adult critical care transfer and advice service in the East of England

NHS England Specialised Commissioning and Health & Justice - East of England is planning the future commissioning of adult critical care transfer and advice services and is interested in engaging with transport or similar service providers to gather further data and identify potential gaps in the region. We are planning to collect information via two engagement routes: - A questionnaire which your organisation will be asked to complete and submit (please refer to 'Questionnaire for completion' attached) - Activities at the planned workshop (please refer to 'Workshop activities' on the attached document) Targeted audience We are targeting individuals involved in critical care transport service delivery, organisational management and decision-making. As well as call handling and care record hand-over.
