North Lanarkshire and wishes to establish a multi supplier Framework Agreement for the provision of Winter Assistance services including but not limited to:road gritting; snow clearance, removal and disposal; carriageway pot hole repair; and Transporting & disposal of snow at designated holding areas. The Council wishes to establish a multi supplier Framework Agreement for the provision of Winter Assistance services including but not limited to: road gritting; snow clearance, removal and disposal; carriageway pot hole repair; and Transporting & disposal of snow at designated holding areas. . The services will be undertaken within various locations in the boundaries of North Lanarkshire. The majority of locations will be unclassified roads, footways or footpaths in residential areas and will have varying volumes of both vehicular and pedestrian traffic.
