Tender description

The proposed contract is to deliver a sector specific, evidence based and needs assessed business support service as part of the Somerset Visitor Economy Support Programme. This service will focus on supporting businesses to resume trading and to increase resilience as a result of the Covid 19 pandemic. Interventions will focus directly on ‘quality’ in terms of business offer, customer engagement and maximising bookings. Sector specific specialists will diagnose & identify sector specific need and work with businesses. A flexible, needs led support service that may use webinars, tutorials, toolkits or 1-2-1.
