Tender description

The purpose of this Commission is to provide a programme of tailored business support to help Visitor Economy businesses identify gaps in their business model and make changes that will improve and enhance the visitor experience, business resilience and profitability. The package of business support will enable SME business owners to reflect on demand, connect with their customers more effectively, learn from available data and research to make improvements that better meet customers’ expectations. The service provider will ensure that eligible SME businesses are aware of and can be signposted to the benefits more widely available under the BRR Visitor Economy Support Programme project.
