The Council is inviting applications for the provision of Treasury Management Consultancy services to the Council which includes providing information and advice on the following: - Financial Position Strategy - Regulations / Legislation - Economic conditions - Interest Rate and Interest Rate Forecast - Long term loans portfolio structure - Debt rescheduling - Investment Strategy - Credit Ratings - Code of Practice - Fair value of loans and investments As well as holding training and seminars, and regular meetings.
