Tender description
<p>The Council is looking to procure a Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) Traded Services software solution which enables traded customers to buy services and training. The solution must also provide a platform to enable the Council to market products and services in line with other e-commerce sites For the avoidance of doubt we are not procuring a development contract i.e. bidders must have an existing solution which meets our requirement at the time of bidding.</p> Keywords: e-commerce
