Tender description
<p>This requirement is for the design and delivery of a variety of in-house managerial and professional skills programmes in order to develop the effectiveness of Transport for London (TfL) and Greater London Authority (“GLA”) employees’ people management and business skills and ensure knowledge of, and adherence to, TfL and GLA procedures, policies, values and behaviours. This Framework is divided into the following four Lots: Lot 1 – Communications & Personal Effectiveness Lot 2 – Managing Performance & Business Effectiveness Lot 3 – Finance Lot 4 – Employee Relations The successful Service Provider(s) will be expected to deliver all of the requirements within each applicable Lot. The courses listed in Table 1 is indicative and do not represent an exhaustive list of the areas to be covered, since new requirements may evolve during the contract lifetime.
