Tender for supply of high-temperature, high pressure hydrothermal reaction vessels

Tender description

This tender relates to a recent award by the Welsh Government to procure equipment related to the circular economy. Swansea University wish to source a series of hydrothermal reactors to treat sludge (e.g. from water treatment works, steel making or wood composite manufacturing). The tender is for a series of 2 small laboratory-scale hydrothermal pressure reactors for fundamental research and a larger pilot scale reactor to test scale-up. The reactors must withstand high pressures and high temperatures, and able of mixing the reactor contents during reaction. The reactors should also be easy and reliable to use and clean.
