Hertfordshire County Council (the ‘Council’) is currently out to procurement for the provision of a framework agreement for the provision of semi-independent accommodation, support services and practice flats for 16+ young people- comprising of 8 lots. The service aims to provide a settled period in a safe environment where the young people will receive an intensive housing management and support service which will help them gain the necessary skills to live independently. The service will support vulnerable young people whose lives may be chaotic and in need of high support and input from specialist teams e.g. drugs/alcohol/mental health. We have therefore included the Public Health Outcome Framework into our draft specification. The estimated total value of the framework agreement is GBP 26 390 021 and is for the core period inclusive of the approximate value for extensions.
