Tender description

A series of rapid deep dive reviews on multi-agency safeguarding arrangements in local areas most impacted by county lines and serious violence to better understand how effective they are in identifying, referring and providing effective interventions and that plans are in place to safeguard those at risk of serious violence or county lines exploitation. The contract has an estimated value of between GBP 100 000 and GBP 120 000. We propose that between 1 November 2020 – 31 January 2021 up to 13 local multi-agency safeguarding partnerships will be reviewed (approx.10 % in total). We look to bidders to describe the criteria on which partnerships will be selected. This may be based on information on county lines activity, serious violence hotspots, areas identified as having effective practice, areas where there are more complex partnership arrangements as they cut across numerous LAs and those without a Violence Reduction Unit (VRU).
