Tender description

Southampton City Council invites applications from suitably experienced contractors who wish to tender for one contract: (1) The works comprise of the refurbishment of the Entrance Lobby, Main Communal Room, Staff Office, Communal Toilets, Laundry, Corridors, relaying felt roofing to roofs over corridors and new external lighting to the entrance lobby. Bellamy Court is a supported housing complex comprising of 32 flats and communal facilities. The accommodation houses vulnerable older people, many of whom have additional care needs which often entail colleagues from outside agencies visiting them to help with personal care meaning that access to the properties is vital. Deadlines for submission of prequalification questionnaires are to be by 13th March 2015 Time 2pm.
