Tender description

Cumbria County Council is seeking to appoint two consultants to manage the delivery of planned maintenance works in schools across Cumbria over the next two financial years 2021/22 and 2022/23. \r Consultant appointment will be phased in two stages 2021/22 and 2022/23. Progression into 2022/2023 will be subject to budget availability and satisfactory performance during 2021/22 based upon KPIs.
