Tender description
The framework will allow the Council to purchase, implement and support a user friendly, web based platform for self-assessment and self-management. This online service will enable adults living in Falkirk with lower levels of need to easily and safely access equipment, adaptations, advice and/or support. Falkirk Council made a direct call off under the Crown Commercial Services G-Cloud 11 framework. Following an assessment of the framework options, it was determined that the best value option in meeting the requirements of the Council was to progress with a direct call and award to ADL Smartcare Limited.
