Provision of the Supply and Maintenance of Positive Pressure Ventilation Units (PPV's) and Related Services

Tender description

The Authority is seeking Tender for the Provision of the Supply and Maintenance of Positive Pressure Ventilation Units (PPV's) and Related Services. Royal Berkshire Fire Authority (RBFA), Buckinghamshire and Milton Keynes Fire Authority (BMKFA) and Oxfordshire Fire Service (OFS) are working collaboratively towards providing aligned service delivery that will deliver interoperability and flexible deployment across the Thames Valley. The three Fire services make up the Thames Valley Fire and Rescue Services Through the collaboration activity the three services are seeking to: • Deliver better outcomes for the communities of Buckinghamshire and Milton Keynes, Royal Berkshire and Oxfordshire • Make changes that result in more effective and efficient services • Increase resilience levels across all the Thames Valley Fire and Rescue Services A key segment to delivering these outcomes will require all three services to standardise their vehicles and equipment in order to achieve full interoperability.
