Tender description

The scope of this framework agreement is for the supply and delivery of high pressure fittings as outlined in the lots below, for use on the transmission and distribution networks and pressure reduction and metering installations, up to a maximum operating pressure equal to 150 bar barg. Lot 1: Forged fittings, Lot 2: Insulation joints, Lot 3: Stopple fittings, Lot 4: Flanges and branch fittings. Please refer to the PQQ document for further information. Lot 1: Forged fittings. The applicant is required to demonstrate from past capability that the forged fittings are compliant with T/SP/B/12 or equivalent. Lot 2: Insulation Joints From past experience provide details of the o-ring sealing design in the Insulated Joints. Please note that two o-rings in series is a mandatory requirement of the ring sealing design in the Insulated Joints. The applicant is required to demonstrate that the Insulation Joints are compliant with T/SP/E/56 or equivalent Lot 3: Stopple fittings The applicant is required to demonstrate from past capability that the stopple fittings are compliant with T/SP/F/4 or equivalent. Lot 4: Flanges and branch fittings. The applicant is required to demonstrate from past capability that the flanges and branch fittings are compliant with T/SP/F/1 or equivalent.
