The works comprise of 3 no. existing bungalows, are to be upgraded for use as care homes for persons (Deaf and Deafblind). The refurbishment includes; 1) Kitchen upgrading 2) Mechanical and Electricial upgrading 3) Relocate of the Laundry and Sluice rooms 3) New floor covering and paiting 4) New doors & window and other works.
