Tender description

TII continues to develop the MetroLink scheme in preparation for the Railway Order application which it anticipates will be made in June 2021. Preparation of the Preliminary Business Case is also well advanced in accordance with the summary timetable issued with the October update. See www.metrolink.ie for more details. TII now require a Procurement Advisor to develop and support TII to procure two new packages, they are: 1. Client Partner - to support TII's programme management functions including a Programme Management Office (PMO), planning and programme integration and procurement etc. 2. Project Delivery Partner - to provide TII with the contract management resources needed to effectively and efficiently manage the full range of enabling, construction, systems and rolling stock contracts to be awarded. The documents to be developed and produced by the Procurement Advisor for the above contracts include but are not limited to: Procurement Plan Selection Stage 1. Pre-qualification questionnaire 2. Pre-qualification evaluation report Award Stage: 1. Instruction to tenderers 2. Contract 3. Scope of Services 4. Background Information 5. Tender Evaluation Report 6. Procurement Assurance Report 7. Letters of Regret 8. Award letter and contract The Procurement Advisor may be required to provide procurement advice and support / assurance services to other MetroLink procurements as required during a two year period.
