Tender description
County Durham and Darlington NHS Foundation Trust sourced and acquired equipment to support the care of patients, but did not issue prior publication for the competition in the Official Journal of the European Union, due to the extremem urgency brought about by events unforeseeable by the Trust. This was in accordance with the conditions stated in Regulation 32 (2)(c) of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. County Durham and Darlington NHS Foundation Trust put in place two contracts in line with the Cabinet Office guidance PPN 01/20 — responding to Covid-19, utilising Regulation 32 (2)(c) of the Public Contracts Regulation 2015.
