Health Education England (HEE - the Commissioner) are putting out this notice as a Request for Information (RFI). This RFI exercise is designed to provide an opportunity for HEE to obtain insight into how potential providers might approach the delivery of the service in question. It will also provide useful early insight into the likely level of interest in a proposed project from library system vendors. One or more further tender advertisement(s) will be issued at the appropriate time as/if required. Your responses at this point will not have a bearing on any future tender bids you may wish to submit. Potential bidders will not be prejudiced by any response or failure to respond to the RFI or attend the subsequent face-to-face vendor dialogues which are planned to take place in January 2021. However, it will be helpful to understand your views at this early stage, so you are encouraged to respond as fully as you can.
