Tender description

Scottish Water wishes to engage a number of legal firms regulated by the Law Society of Scotland to support Scottish Water’s in-house legal team to deliver a range of property legal services to Scottish Water and its subsidiaries. Scottish Water intends to award contracts under this framework through 8 services. They are as follows: • land purchases, deeds of servitudes and occupational leases and compulsory purchases; • disposals of property including auction sales; • voluntary registration; • rural and agricultural property advice; • renewable energy schemes and projects; • vesting; • commercial leasing; • environmental and planning legal services.
