The Agency is looking for an equipment to preplace an existing Agilent 7100 CZE instrument (Capillary Zone Electrophoresis) capable of performing capillary isoelectric focusing (cIEF), Capillary electrophoresis sodium dodecyl sulfate (CE-SDS) and glycan analysis to characterise biological medicines, including monoclonal antibodies and other proteins, gene therapy products and vaccines.
