Tender description
NYnet and NYCC (together the ‘Authorities’) have awarded a contract to roll out Phase 4 of the Superfast North Yorkshire programme. The project aims to deliver against a vision to secure as close to 100 % coverage as possible of next generation access (‘NGA’) broadband in North Yorkshire (‘the County’). The contract was awarded through the competitive procedure with negotiation as set out in Regulation 29 of the Public Contract Regulations 2015. This will involved a selection stage, invitation to tender stage, negotiation stage and final call for tender.
