Yorkhill Housing Association is looking for an integrated solution to assist with the management of its housing, factoring and finance activities. The solution must include housing management functionality relating to rent accounting, arrears management, tenancy management, routine and planned maintenance activities, void management, allocations and contact management. The solution should also include mobile working functionality and a customer portal to enable self service of transactions. The system should include pre defined standard reports and an easy to use report writing facilities. Provision of Factoring services is a key part of the service offered by the Association and it is crucial therefore that the solution includes Factoring management functionality as described within the ITT and specification.
