Tender Insurance Cover Careers Wales Our current insurance coverage is due to expire on 30th March 2020 and we are seeking to tender these services for a period of two years. Company Background The principal activity of CCDG is to provide careers information, advice and guidance service (including placement into employment, training and education for young people) the facilitation of links between education and business. The principal risks identified by the Directors are included in the tender document as a separate note Additional Information • Approximate income 2020/21 is £31m • Approximately 650 Staff. • Over 75% of the company expenditure is on staff costs. • We operate from 39 premises across Wales, of which 31 are leasehold and 8 are owned outright. We have provided a list of all claims that have been made on behalf of Careers Wales and its subsidiaries in the last 2 years.
