Nottinghamshire County Council wishes to notify interested organisations that it will be looking to commission a range of support services that have a clear focus on motivating and enabling people to develop the knowledge, skills, involvement and confidence that they identify as important for their on-going, self-managed independence. Nottinghamshire County Council wishes to notify interested organisations that it will be looking to commission a range of support services that have a clear focus on motivating and enabling people to develop the knowledge, skills, involvement and confidence that they identify as important for their ongoing, self-managed independence. The services the Council is looking to commission may include these and other early intervention services which are summarised below: — promoting independence — support for vulnerable adults; — early intervention support to maintain self-management; — deaf support service; — information, advice and support services. The Council is currently considering a number of options and may decide to tender opportunities separately, or through a single tender opportunity. The current provision is being reviewed along with the financial envelope. The review process is likely to take a number of months to complete.
