Tender description
Respite short breaks-building-based block-booked beds and spot purchase respite short breaks outreach. Building based and outreach respite and short breaks to adults, aged 18 years old + to provide both ‘planned’ respite and support in case of an emergency, which may include supporting individuals with personal care. The service is for individuals with a primary diagnosis of a learning disability and/or autism, in addition, some people may display behaviours that challenge, have profound and multiple disabilities, limited or no verbal communication, have other physical health issues.
