Framework for the Supply of Bulk Chemicals

CPI are looking to establish a framework agreement with a supplier for the supply of liquid and powdered bulk chemicals. These chemicals will primarily be used for large scale fermentations, however material requirements may be extended to any or all of CPI’s business units throughout the duration of this framework. Chemicals need to be supplied at both technical grade and GMP grade, however, the specified materials do not need to be from same batches Lot 1: Standard Grade Chemicals CPI are looking to establish a framework agreement with a supplier for the supply of liquid and powdered bulk chemicals. These chemicals will primarily be used for large scale fermentations, however material requirements may be extended to any or all of CPI’s business units throughout the duration of this framework. Chemicals need to be supplied at both technical grade and GMP grade, however, the specified materials do not need to be from same batches. Lot 2: Feed and Food Grade Chemicals CPI would also like to procure a supplier who can provide feed and food grade chemicals to specification. All chemicals supplied under this framework will be manufactured to GMP standard. The winning supplier will be able to provide an MSDS and a COA for every chemical priced and supplied under this framework. The winning supplier will also be able to provide technical assistance in sourcing chemicals for future requirements and will be able to keep and maintain a stock holding on chemicals supplied to CPI at GMP standard.
