Framework Agreement for: Reactive Repairs and Maintenance for Roofing Works

Tender description

The Council is seeking to appoint three (3) proficient Contractors who are interested in gaining approval onto a framework agreement. The framework will cover reactive repairs and maintenance works in relation to roofing works. The roofing works will be carried out on a range of buildings across the district including but not limited to; schools, libraries, children's centres, civic buildings, sport & leisure facilities and occasionally domestic properties. The type of roofing works will vary but mainly the type of roof structures will be: • Traditional Slate and Tiled pitched roofs • Lead • Ubiflex • Single Ply membrane roofs • Liquid plastic roofs • Profiled composite sheet roofing • Mastic Polymer modified Asphalt • Proprietary roof repair systems • Flat roofs • Guttering works are also common types of work orders
